Businessbooks Accounting System is windows based and has very few data input screens and has a consistent look and feel that makes it extremely easy to learn. Same buttons on different screens have the same or similar meaning and that means you can apply your gained experience to new screens without problems.
EasyJournal Entry
All transactions in the system are entered using the same journal entry screen that is easy to use and learn.
Debtors' Ledger
There is no limit on the number of debtors’ accounts you can create and a full complement of debtor management reports is provided by the system. More can easily be developed to suit your exact needs.
Creditors' Ledger
There is no limitation on the number of creditors’ accounts you can create and a full complement of creditor management reports is provided by the system. More can easily be developed to suit your exact needs.
Easy To Customize
All reports, transaction types and recurring journals are user definable. This means that you can word them in exactly the way you want.
Unlimited Number Of Accounts
Bas allows you to open any number of accounts each being up to fifteen characters. The characters can be numeric or alphabetic or a combination of both.
General Ledger
The system allows you to maintain and process an unlimited number of general ledger accounts and transactions.
Cash Book
You can maintain and process any number of cashbook accounts in BAS. The balances on your bank accounts will be maintained such that they will only differ with what is at the bank by the bank charges or direct deposits not yet posted.
Password Protection
Data in BAS is highly secure. This is because the system has a watertight password protection. This means that everyone getting into the system must provide it with a valid login name and password. Without the two, no access is granted.
Multiple Level Menu Security
In addition to password protection, the system allows you to define different menu access rights to different people. An individual only views what youallow him to view.
Multiple Access
More than one person can simultaneously access the system on a computer network.
